A walk-off two-run home run from Nick Giarraputo brought home the winning run for the New Jersey Jackals in a 10-9 victory over the Grand Prairie AirHogs (22-12) in 16 innings at Yogi Berra Stadium on Friday.

Giarraputo had two extra-base hits for the New Jersey Jackals. He doubled in the fourth inning, singled in the sixth and eighth innings, and homered in the sixteenth inning.

Each team blasted the other's pitching, and there were 19 total runs and 30 hits during the game. There were 16 pitchers used in the game as the two managers searched for any way to finish it off.

Craig Clark got the win for the New Jersey Jackals. He allowed one run over one inning. He struck out none, walked none and surrendered one hit.

The New Jersey Jackals were sparked by Bryan Sabatella and Giarraputo, who teamed up for eight hits and four RBIs.

Nick DeBarr couldn't get it done on the hill for the Grand Prairie AirHogs, taking a loss. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked none, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
