Clay Gartner kept the California Glory (18-11) off the board during his seven innings of work and the Fresno Cardinals (20-6) beat the California Glory, 6-0.

Gartner struck out six and allowed no walks and four hits.

The offense exploded for the the Fresno Cardinals in the fifth. In the inning the Fresno Cardinals scored five runs.

Galen Duff racked up four RBIs on one hit for the Fresno Cardinals. He homered in the fifth inning.

Anthony Caringi ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed six runs in six innings, walked two and struck out six.
