The D.C. Grays (10-14) weren't able to come back from the big hole they dug themselves into against the Rockville Express (14-8), and the D.C. Grays lost 3-1 to the Rockville Express after falling behind by three runs in the second inning.

The D.C. Grays scored one run in the second on a solo home run by Manny Cabreja. Unfortunately, the D.C. Grays weren't able to take the lead back.

Christian Wolfe paced the Rockville Express at the plate. Wolfe went 2-3 and scored one run. He singled in the second inning and tripled in the fourth inning.

Dominic Vattunne put together a nice outing. Vattunne gave up just two hits, allowed one earned run, walked five and struck out six during his seven innings of work.

Rob Rizzitelli (1-2) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just six innings, walked three, struck out four, and allowed three runs.
