The Youses Orioles (10-10) and the Southern Maryland Nationals (7-15) both had scoring chances on Saturday, but it was the Youses Orioles that were able to capitalize on them as they pulled out a 6-1 win at Bachman Park.

D.J. Park struck out eight, paving the way for a the Youses Orioles win. Park allowed no earned runs, four hits and one walk over seven innings.

Scott Baker (1-3) took the loss for the Southern Maryland Nationals. He allowed six runs in 5 2/3 innings, walked four and struck out two.
