The Bethesda Big Train (25-16) jumped on the Silver Spring Takoma T Bolts (9-33) early on their way to a 9-4 win on Sunday at Shirley Povich Field, scoring four runs in the first inning.

Hunter Renfroe racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Bethesda Big Train. He homered in the first inning and singled in the second and sixth innings.

Ben Griset picked up the win for the Bethesda Big Train. Griset allowed two earned runs, five hits and one walk while striking out five over six innings of work.

Chris Bzozowski racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Silver Spring Takoma T Bolts. He homered in the eighth inning.

Hunter Englehart (1-4) took the loss for the Silver Spring Takoma T Bolts. He allowed six runs in four innings, walked two and struck out five.
