Both the Lancaster Barnstormers (78-42) and the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs (58-61) put runners aboard on Sunday, but it was the Lancaster Barnstormers that were able to take advantage, pulling out a 5-4 win at Clipper Magazine.

It was a good day at the plate for the Lancaster Barnstormers' Blake Gailen. Gailen went 2-4, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the first inning and singled in the seventh inning.
John Halama got the win, running his season record to 12-7. He allowed three runs over seven innings. Halama struck out three, walked one and gave up 10 hits.
Nick Green (8-9) took the loss for the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs. He lasted just six innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed four runs.
