Josh Johnson went 2-3 and hit a home run, sparking the Long Island Ducks (53-58) to a 7-2 victory over the Lancaster Barnstormers (71-41) on Saturday at Clipper Magazine.

Jino Gonzalez brought the heat against the Lancaster Barnstormers during his outing. The Lancaster Barnstormers managed just two hits off of the the Long Island Ducks' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three during his four innings of work.

Bubbie Buzachero improved to 1-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Long Island Ducks. He allowed one run over two innings. Buzachero struck out one, walked none and gave up two hits.

Mark Brackman ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his eighth loss of the year. He lasted just six innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
