A walk-off single from Brian Burgamy brought home the winning run for the Camden Riversharks (50-59) in a 3-2 victory over the Somerset Patriots (56-57) in 10 innings at Campbells Field on Thursday.
Burgamy was hot from the plate for the Camden Riversharks. Burgamy went 2-5 and drove in one. He doubled in the first innings and singled in the tenth inning.
Bryan Corey allowed one earned run, four hits and three walks while striking out three over six innings of work.
Leo Rosales improved to 3-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Camden Riversharks. Rosales struck out two, walked none and gave up one hit.
Andrew Dobies couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Somerset Patriots, taking a loss. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
