Thurman struck out five and allowed two walks and four hits.
Chris Nowak put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the York Revolution. He doubled in the second and sixth innings and singled in the ninth inning.
Brock Peterson paced the Bridgeport Bluefish at the plate. Peterson went 3-4 and drove in one. He singled in the third inning and doubled in the sixth inning.
Raymar Diaz (2-9) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just six innings, walked two, struck out four, and allowed two runs.
The York Revolution were sparked by Brandon Haveman and Nowak, who teamed up for six hits and three RBIs.
