The Adirondack (1-0) and the Sherrill (1-1) each put runners in scoring position on Saturday, but the Adirondack capitalized on more RBI opportunities, pulling out a 10-5 win at Robert Smith Sports Complex .

Dezmon Nunn racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Adirondack. He singled in the fourth inning and tripled in the seventh inning.

Ryan Krokos brought the heat against the Sherrill during his outing. Krokos held the Sherrill hitless over 1 1/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two.

Bryon Campbell racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Sherrill. He homered in the fifth inning and singled in the sixth inning.

Charles Parsons improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Adirondack. He allowed three runs over five innings. Parsons struck out three, walked one and gave up six hits.

Nicholas Douglass (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed six runs in 3 2/3 innings, walked seven and struck out two.
