J.D. Durbin tossed a shutout to lift the Lancaster Barnstormers (42-25) to a 3-0 win over the Long Island Ducks (39-27) at Clipper Magazine.

The Lancaster Barnstormers' Durbin kept the Long Island Ducks off the scoreboard for all nine innings he was on the hill. He pitched a shutout, allowing no runs on six hits while striking out five.

Jaime Pedroza had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He singled in the sixth inning and doubled in the second and eighth innings.

Jason Monti ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his fourth loss of the year. He lasted just six innings, walked two, struck out six, and allowed three runs.
