GEN Twins vs Niagara: 5-6

The Niagara fend off the GEN Twins' late push, hold on 6-5

The GEN Twins (12-15) were unable to fight back from the big hole they dug themselves into against the Niagara (12-12), and the GEN Twins lost 6-5 to the Niagara after falling behind by five runs in the third inning.

The GEN Twins scored on a solo home run by Adam Dickinson in the fourth inning and a two-run double by Michael Allen and an RBI double by Dillon Hamlin in the seventh inning. Despite their efforts, the GEN Twins couldn't get over the hump.

Chane Lynch racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Niagara. He singled in the second inning and tripled in the third inning.

A bright spot for the GEN Twins in the defeat was Issac Behme, who allowed only zero runs while striking out five.

Jamie Suggs improved to 1-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Niagara. He allowed two runs over 5 2/3 innings. Suggs struck out three, walked six and gave up two hits.

Nate Harris couldn't get it done on the rubber for the GEN Twins, taking a loss. He allowed six runs in four innings, walked one and struck out three.
