A six-run explosion in the fifth inning spurred the Sugar Land Skeeters (26-33) to an 11-1 win over the Camden Riversharks (27-31) at Constellation Field, Sugar Land on Wednesday.
Josh Pressley racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Sugar Land Skeeters. He homered in the fourth inning and doubled in the sixth inning.
The Sugar Land Skeeters got the win thanks in large part to Bobby Livingston's dominant, six-strikeout performance. Livingston allowed one earned run, four hits and three walks over six innings.
Keith Weiser ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his fourth loss of the year. He allowed six runs in four innings, walked four and struck out four.
