The Lancaster Barnstormers (33-20) took the last of four lead changes in a back-and-forth affair against the Bridgeport Bluefish (22-31), securing a 3-2 victory on Thursday at Clipper Magazine.

Kody Kirkland put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Lancaster Barnstormers. He homered in the second inning and doubled in the fourth inning.

Alan Johnson had an impressive outing against the Bridgeport Bluefish's lineup. The Bridgeport Bluefish managed just two hits off of the the Lancaster Barnstormers' pitcher, who allowed two earned runs, walked one and struck out six during his five innings of work.

Prentice Redman racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Bridgeport Bluefish. He homered in the second inning.

Gilbert De La Vara couldn't get it done on the hill for the Bridgeport Bluefish, taking a loss. He lasted just six innings, walked one, struck out four, and allowed three runs.

Blake Gailen, Kirkland and Ryan Harvey helped lead the Lancaster Barnstormers. They combined for six hits and two RBIs.
