Brandon Haveman went 2-4, helping the York Revolution (27-26) to a 6-1 victory over the Sugar Land Skeeters (22-31) on Wednesday at Sovereign Bank Stadium.

The Sugar Land Skeeters couldn't get anything going so long as R.J. Rodriguez was on the hill. Rodriguez held the Sugar Land Skeeters hitless over one inning, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three.

Matt Hagen got a hit in each of his two at bats. He singled in the third inning and homered in the fifth inning.

Dumas Garcia got the win, running his season record to 1-0. He allowed one run over 1 1/3 innings. Garcia struck out two, walked none and gave up one hit.

Michael Nix was charged with his sixth loss of the year. He lasted just four innings, walked one, struck out five, and allowed three runs.
