The North Shore Navigators (25-19) pounded the Brockton Rox (22-22) on Monday 8-1 at Campanelli Stadium in seven innings.

The North Shore Navigators scored four runs in the fifth on an RBI single by Andrew Harris, a single by Alex Markakis, a groundout by Chris Hipchen, and a passed ball.

Markakis did his best to jumpstart the offense for the North Shore Navigators, reaching base three times. He scored two runs and had one RBI.

Miles Landry put together a nice outing. The Brockton Rox managed just one hit off of the the North Shore Navigators' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out two during his 2 1/3 innings of work.

Jonathan Rosenberger (2-2) took the loss for the Brockton Rox. He lasted just 1 2/3 innings, walked three, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
