Drew Pettit put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Okotoks Dawgs. He doubled in the second and fifth innings and singled in the seventh inning.
Chase Kuehi racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Edmonton Prospects. He singled in the first, third, and ninth innings.
Connor Russell recorded his fifth win of the year for the Okotoks Dawgs. He allowed three runs over six innings. Russell struck out two, walked three and gave up six hits.
Stinson Ott couldn't get it done on the bump for the Edmonton Prospects, taking a loss. He allowed six runs in five innings, walked none and struck out four.
The Okotoks Dawgs' Tres Eberhardt, Zac Asman, John Apostolo and Pettit combined for 10 hits and five RBIs.
