Tim Swatek came off the bench and never even had to swing his bat as Swatek reached on a in the nine to lead the Laconia Muskrats (10-19) to a 13-12 win over the Vermont Mountaineers (12-15) on Friday at Montpelier Recreation Field.

The Laconia Muskrats found themselves down in the eighth inning but managed to fight back and claim the win.

Each team blasted the other's pitching, and there were 25 total runs and 23 hits during the game. Relief pitchers got their fill of innings during the game, with the opposing managers using 13 pitchers in total.

Danny Collins racked up three RBIs on four hits for the Laconia Muskrats. He singled in the first innings, homered in the third inning, and doubled in the ninth innings.

Thomas Kriss recorded his second win of the year for the Laconia Muskrats. He allowed three runs over one inning. Kriss struck out one, walked one and gave up two hits.

Casey Delgado was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed two runs.
