Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Sunday as the Springfield Sliders (16-24) outscored the Terre Haute Rex (23-16) 10-9 in 10 innings.

The two teams combined for 21 hits in the game.

Matthew Tellor racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Springfield Sliders. He homered in the ninth inning and singled in the eighth and tenth innings.

Justin Hunsaker recorded his first win of the year for the Springfield Sliders. Hunsaker struck out one, walked two and gave up no hits.

Nick Blount (2-1) took the loss for the Terre Haute Rex. He lasted just one inning, walked one, struck out none, and allowed one run.
