An outstanding effort by Gary Lee lifted the Washington Wild Things (16-27) to a 3-0 win over the Rockford RiverHawks (17-26) on Tuesday at CONSOL Energy Park.
Lee shut down the Rockford RiverHawks while he was on the mound. The Rockford RiverHawks managed just one hit off of Lee, who allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out four during his seven innings of work.
