The Traverse City Beach Bums (19-10) needed 12 innings on Friday to take down the Lake Erie Crushers (12-17) 5-4 at Wuerfel Park.

Sean Gusrang racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Traverse City Beach Bums. He homered in the sixth inning and singled in the seventh inning.

Sam Brown improved to 1-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Traverse City Beach Bums. Brown struck out one, walked none and gave up two hits.

Travis Risser was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just one inning, walked none, struck out two, and allowed one run.
