The Evansville Otters (35-38) jumped out to an early lead, but were unable to hold on and lost 3-2 to the London Rippers (25-35) on Saturday.

A two-run single by Matt Wright gave the London Rippers the lead in the fifth inning.

Yohan Gonzalez racked up five strikeouts in the the London Rippers win. Gonzalez allowed two earned runs on four hits and two walks over six innings.

Matt Crim was charged with his seventh loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed three runs.
