A loss looked likely for the Keene Swamp Bats (17-4) when they trailed by four runs in the eighth inning, but the Keene Swamp Bats were able to capture the lead back with a an RBI single by Frankie Schwindel in the twelfth inning, spurring the Keene Swamp Bats to a 6-5 win over the Danbury Westerners (10-12) at Alumni Field, Keene,NH on Thursday.
With the score tied at five, Schwindel came to the plate and singled, scoring Dylan DelaCruz.
JP Sportman racked up four RBIs on four hits for the Keene Swamp Bats. He homered in the eighth inning and singled in the first, third, and twelfth innings.
