The Wenatchee AppleSox (30-15) and the Kelowna Falcons (26-21) traded the lead six times on Monday, but the Wenatchee AppleSox ended up on top with a 7-6 win over the Kelowna Falcons.
Ty Moore racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Wenatchee AppleSox. He singled in the first, fifth, and eighth innings.
Patrick Johnson paced the Kelowna Falcons at the plate. Johnson went 3-5, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the second, fourth, and sixth innings.
K.J. Edson improved to 5-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Wenatchee AppleSox. Edson struck out none, walked one and gave up two hits.
David Cagle (0-1) took the loss for the Kelowna Falcons. He lasted just 1 2/3 innings, walked two, struck out three, and allowed one run.
