A walk-off single from Austin Wobrock brought home the winning run for the Cowlitz Black Bears (5-11) in a 5-4 victory over the Bellingham Bells (12-5) in 11 innings at Story Field on Thursday.
Wobrock racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Cowlitz Black Bears. He singled in the eighth, tenth, and eleventh innings.
Nick Paxton had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He doubled in the fifth and eleventh innings.
The Bellingham Bells' lineup had no answer for Taylor Williams. Williams held the Bellingham Bells hitless over three innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out four.
