Andrew Ely collected three hits as the Bellingham Bells (7-3) took home a 6-1 victory over the Klamath Falls Gems (1-8) at Joe Martin Field on Tuesday.
He singled in the first, fifth, and eighth innings.Jeff Gonzales struck out six, paving the way for a the Bellingham Bells win. Gonzales allowed one earned run, four hits and one walk over seven innings.
Kramer Lindell went a perfect 2-2 at the dish for the Klamath Falls Gems. He doubled in the first inning and singled in the fourth inning.
Bryan Clough ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just 6 2/3 innings, walked two, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
