Justin Fowler went 2-3 and hit a home run as the Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs (22-16) took home a 6-3 victory over the Glens Falls Dragons (15-24) in seven innings at East Field, Glens Falls NY on Friday.
He homered in the fourth inning and singled in the seventh inning.Griffin Neuer had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He doubled in the first and seventh innings.
Joe DeSarro recorded his sixth win of the year for the Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs. He allowed two runs over five innings. DeSarro struck out three, walked five and gave up five hits.
Joe Jones (2-5) took the loss for the Glens Falls Dragons. He allowed six runs in 6 2/3 innings, walked none and struck out three.
