Joe Genord went 2-3, helping the Amsterdam Mohawks (32-14) to a 1-0 victory over the Oneonta Outlaws (24-21) on Thursday at Damaschke Field.

The Oneonta Outlaws couldn't get anything going as long as Griffin Roberts was pitching. The Oneonta Outlaws managed just two hits off of Roberts, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out four during his four innings of work.

Carter Austin paced the Oneonta Outlaws at the plate. Austin went 2-2. He doubled in the second inning and singled in the fourth inning.

Caleb Armour (3-1) took the loss for the Oneonta Outlaws. He lasted just seven innings, walked three, struck out four, and allowed one run.
