Both the Adirondack Trail Blazers (13-35) and the Elmira Pioneers (33-15) put runners aboard on Sunday, but it was the Adirondack Trail Blazers that were able to take advantage, pulling out a 2-1 win at Dunn Field.

Jesse Slinger got the win for the Adirondack Trail Blazers thanks to six strikeouts. Slinger allowed no earned runs on six hits and two walks over seven innings.

Elliot Lance pitched eight innings and allowed one earned run, three hits and four walks while striking out three.

Lance (3-2) was the game's losing pitcher.
