Taylor Ahearn kept the Jamestown Jammers (23-19) off the board during his six innings of work and the Elmira Pioneers (30-11) beat the Jamestown Jammers, 9-6.

Ahearn struck out three and allowed two walks and three hits.

Rob Perteet racked up four RBIs on four hits for the Elmira Pioneers. He doubled in the fifth inning and singled in the first, third, and seventh innings.

Hunter Jones racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Jamestown Jammers. He singled in the fifth and eighth innings.

Parker Caracci improved to 5-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Elmira Pioneers. He allowed three runs over one inning. He struck out three, walked two and surrendered one hit.

Trevor Simon (0-3) took the loss for the Jamestown Jammers. He lasted just one inning, walked one, struck out none, and allowed three runs.
