The Victor RailRiders (21-20) took home a 10-2 victory over the Geneva Red Wings (9-34) on Friday at McDonough Park, fueled by six runs in the eighth inning.

The Victor RailRiders scored in the eighth on a two-run single by Cameron Briggs, an RBI double by John Conti, an RBI single by Chris Lehane, a groundout by Nathan Koslowski, a single by Jack Zagaja, and a single by Zagaja.

Lehane racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Victor RailRiders.

Drake Sykes was hot from the plate for the Geneva Red Wings. Sykes went 3-4 and drove in one. He singled in the first, third, and fifth innings.

Colin Johnston recorded his fourth win of the year for the Victor RailRiders. He allowed two runs over seven innings. He struck out two, walked none and surrendered 12 hits.

Dalton Reed (3-5) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed six runs in seven innings, walked four and struck out two.
