Drew Arciuolo went 2-3, sparking the Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs (23-17) to a 6-3 victory over the Oneonta Outlaws (23-19) on Thursday at Damaschke Field.

The Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs relied on David Palmer to eat up innings en route to the win. Palmer allowed no earned runs, seven hits and one walk while striking out four over seven innings of work.

Jimmy Hand reached base three times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the third inning and tripled in the ninth inning.

Nate Wrighter (2-3) took the loss for the Oneonta Outlaws. He lasted just five innings, walked two, struck out five, and allowed three runs.
