The Albany Dutchmen make the most of 7 hits in 4-2 victory over the Oneonta Outlaws

Both the Albany Dutchmen (19-17) and the Oneonta Outlaws (19-15) put runners aboard on Wednesday, but it was the Albany Dutchmen that were able to take advantage, pulling out a 4-2 win at Damaschke Field.

Jack Gethings led the Albany Dutchmen's offensive threat, as he got on base three times in the game. He also drove in one runner. He singled in the first inning and tripled in the fifth inning.

Evan Giles got the win for the Albany Dutchmen thanks to six strikeouts. Giles allowed one earned run, three hits and two walks over six innings.

Cameron Coons did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Oneonta Outlaws, reaching base three times. He singled in the sixth inning and doubled in the eighth inning.

Jack McLaughlin (0-2) took the loss for the Oneonta Outlaws. He lasted just 4 2/3 innings, walked three, struck out two, and allowed two runs.
