Dylan DAnna held the Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs (16-13) scoreless for six innings to boost the Albany Dutchmen (17-16) to a 3-2 victory.

DAnna allowed four hits, one walk and struck out two.

JJ Shimko had a hot bat for the Albany Dutchmen. Shimko went 2-4 and scored one run. He doubled in the sixth inning.

Despite the loss, the Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs' David Palmer dominated the Albany Dutchmen's batters, giving up three runs and striking out six.

Palmer (2-2) was the game's losing pitcher.
