Dale Wickham collected three hits as the Victor RailRiders (9-6) took home a 2-1 victory over the Albany Dutchmen (7-5) at CPSC-Bob Bellizzi Field on Monday.
He doubled in the second inning and singled in the fourth and eighth innings.Brennen Smith picked up the win for the Victor RailRiders. Smith pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, six hits and six walks while striking out five.
Despite the loss, the Albany Dutchmen's Drew Robertson dominated the Victor RailRiders' batters, giving up zero runs and striking out five.
Troy Montemayor couldn't get it done on the mound for the Albany Dutchmen, taking a loss. He lasted just two innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed one run.
