An outstanding effort by Tanner Cantwell carried the Treasure Valley (34-19) to an 8-0 win over the Chemeketa (30-20) on Friday at David Story Field - Longview, W.

Cantwell's 10 strikeouts were enough to push the Treasure Valley past the Chemeketa. The Treasure Valley's pitcher tossed nine innings of shutout ball and allowed only three hits.

The Treasure Valley blew out the Chemeketa thanks to 13 hits, including zero extra base hits. The Treasure Valley scored three runs in the fifth on the Treasure Valley scored in the fifth on an RBI single by Chase Swainston and a two-run double by Kade Hall.
