The Douglas (19-7) didn't have a chance on Tuesday, as the Bellevue (32-6) won in blowout fashion, 12-4 in six innings at Bellevue College- Softball Fiel.
And a home run by Payton Gibbs helped the Bellevue score five runs in the first. The Bellevue had two hits in the inning.
Tessani Dixon racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Bellevue. He homered in the sixth inning.
Ciera Lockwood got the win, running his season record to 15-2. He allowed four runs over six innings. Lockwood struck out two, walked none and gave up six hits.
Keeley Ainge was charged with his third loss of the year. He allowed 12 runs in five innings, walked three and struck out four.
