The Salina Stockade (15-17) and the Topeka Train Robbers (14-20) both had scoring chances on Saturday, but it was the Salina Stockade that were able to capitalize on them as they pulled out a 3-1 win at Bettis Complex.

Mike Rachun got on base three times in the game for the Salina Stockade. He scored one run and had one RBI. He homered in the second inning.

Dalton Bernardi got the win for the Salina Stockade thanks to seven strikeouts. Bernardi allowed one earned run, four hits and three walks over seven innings.

It was a good day at the plate for the Topeka Train Robbers' Jordan Caillouet. Caillouet went 2-4. He singled in the fourth and eighth innings.

Ty Geary ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 1 2/3 innings, walked two, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
