The Shoreline scored in the eighth on a single by Pete Pennylegion, an RBI double by David Becker, an RBI single by Kyler Kedroske, a single by Kedroske, , a single by Ben Kussie, a hit by pitch, and a two-run single by Chantz Justice.
Becker reached base three times in the game for the Shoreline.
Myles Gouveia's seven strikeouts helped the Shoreline to the victory. Gouveia allowed one earned run, four hits and one walk over seven innings.
Cole Russell ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just six innings, walked six, struck out three, and allowed four runs.
