The Linfield College and the Lower Columbia (9-2) both had scoring chances on Thursday, but it was the Linfield College that were able to capitalize on them as they pulled out a 7-3 win at TBD.

KI paced the Linfield College at the plate. KI went 3-4, drove in one and scored two runs. He doubled in the second inning and singled in the first and sixth innings.

Ashley Kelly had two extra-base hits for the Lower Columbia. He singled in the first innings, tripled in the fifth inning, and doubled in the seventh inning.

BC recorded the win for the Linfield College. He allowed three runs over five innings. He struck out four, walked one and surrendered nine hits.

Hannah Rothwell ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in six innings, walked four and struck out three.
