The Joliet Slammers (29-23) continued to pile up the runs on Friday, scoring six runs in the last three innings, en route to an easy 16-3 win over the Florence Freedom (21-31) at Silver Cross Field.

Liam OSullivan recorded his sixth win of the year for the Joliet Slammers. He allowed three runs over six innings. He struck out six, walked one and surrendered seven hits.
Jordan Kraus (0-1) took the loss for the Florence Freedom. He allowed nine runs in 3 2/3 innings, walked three and struck out two.
