Brittany Langdon had two extra base hits as the Clark (4-4) took home a 9-4 victory over the Everett (3-5) in seven innings at VGSA Vancouver WA on Saturday.
He doubled in the first and third innings and singled in the fourth inning.The Everett had no answer for Madison Plummer, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. The Everett managed just one hit off of Plummer, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out one during his three innings of work.
Brook Stutzman racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Everett. He singled in the second inning and doubled in the third inning.
Kelsey Oldham improved to 3-2 on the year by picking up the win for the Clark. He allowed four runs over four innings. He struck out three, walked five and surrendered five hits.
Rylee Thomas ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year. He allowed nine runs in six innings, walked two and struck out seven.
The Clark's Sarah Hoechlin, Michaela Lee, Langdon and Nicole OHavor combined for nine hits and seven RBIs.
