Hunter Schneitter went 2-3, helping the Wenatchee Valley (3-3) to a 4-1 victory over the Pierce (4-5) on Friday.
He singled in the first inning and doubled in the fourth inning.Stephanie Granger picked up the win for the Wenatchee Valley. Granger allowed one earned run, five hits and two walks while striking out four over seven innings of work.
Jessilyn Enlow ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just 3 1/3 innings, walked three, struck out two, and allowed one run.
