Lennox kept contact to a minimum, striking out six the Centralia (10-8) batters. Lennox allowed one earned run on five hits and two walks over seven innings.
Despite the loss, the Centralia's Kierstin Smith dominated the Pierce's batters, giving up two runs and striking out eight.
Sierra Seymour led the Centralia's offensive threat, as he got on base two times in the game. He singled in the sixth inning.
Smith ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his fourth loss of the year.
