The Linfield JV take out the SW Oregon with help from Tarnapoll, 8-6

Tarnapoll went 2-3, sparking the Linfield JV to an 8-6 victory over the SW Oregon (8-20) on Sunday at Linfield.

He doubled in the fifth inning and singled in the seventh inning.

Hunter McDonald racked up two RBIs on one hit for the SW Oregon. He homered in the ninth inning.

Miles got the win for the Linfield JV despite allowing six runs over nine innings. Miles struck out eight, walked four and gave up nine hits.

Doug Molzahn (0-7) took the loss for the SW Oregon. He lasted just five innings, walked three, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
