Jacob Prater collected three hits as the Everett (12-3) took home a 5-2 victory over the SW Oregon (3-11) at Minnitti Field on Friday.

Jake Nelson put together a nice outing. The SW Oregon managed just two hits off of Nelson, who allowed two earned runs, walked three and struck out six during his six innings of work.

The SW Oregon were led by Sam Mitchell's hitting. Mitchell went 2-3, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the first and eighth innings.

Doug Molzahn was charged with his fourth loss of the year. He lasted just 6 2/3 innings, walked none, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
