The Wenatchee Valley jump on the Olympic early and coast to 17-0 win

Story by Narrative Science.

The Wenatchee Valley (1-3) refused to relinquish the lead after grabbing it early against the Olympic (0-4), recording a 17-0 victory on Sunday at Columbia Playfields.

Ten runs in the first three innings allowed the Wenatchee Valley to put the game away early.

An RBI double by Nikki Mather, a three-run home run by Baile Wilkey, an RBI double by Caitlyn Seiger, and in the first inning and a single by Korteney Durand and a fielder's choice during the second inning fueled the Wenatchee Valley's offense early.

Hunter Schneitter went a perfect 4-4 at the dish for the Wenatchee Valley. He doubled in the first and fourth innings and singled in the second and fourth innings.

The Wenatchee Valley hammered the Olympic pitching as six hitters had a field day, combining for 12 hits, nine RBIs and 13 runs scored.
