The Bellevue (15-3) jumped on the Lower Columbia (12-3) early on their way to an 8-7 win on Thursday at Bellevue College- Softball Fiel in seven innings, scoring four runs in the first inning.
The Bellevue scored in the first on an error, an RBI single by Rayne Sylvester, and a two-run double by Brianna Attwood.
Tessani Dixon racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Bellevue. He singled in the first inning and homered in the fourth inning.
Ciera Lockwood got his eighth win for the Bellevue despite allowing seven runs over five innings. He struck out three, walked none and surrendered 10 hits.
Bailey Ellis (3-1) took the loss for the Lower Columbia. He allowed eight runs in five innings, walked four and struck out one.
