The Hyannis Harbor Hawks fall 9-2 at the hands of the Falmouth Commodores

The Hyannis Harbor Hawks (17-26) didn't stand a chance on Tuesday, as the Falmouth Commodores (29-14) captured a blowout 9-2 win at Arnie Allen Diamond.

An RBI single by Tyler Lawrence and a three-run triple by Michael Gigliotti helped the Falmouth Commodores score four runs in the fourth. The Falmouth Commodores had three hits in the inning.

Gigliotti racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Falmouth Commodores.

The Hyannis Harbor Hawks couldn't get anything going so long as Seth Elledge was on the hill. Elledge gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out six during his two innings of work.

The Falmouth Commodores had no answer for Ivan Coutinho, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. The Falmouth Commodores managed just one hit off of Coutinho, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three during his two innings of work.

Brendan King improved to 4-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Falmouth Commodores. He allowed two runs over six innings. King struck out five, walked none and gave up five hits.

Trysten Barlow (1-2) took the loss for the Hyannis Harbor Hawks. He lasted just 3 1/3 innings, walked three, struck out one, and allowed three runs.
