Double in opening act fuels 5-2 the Hyannis Harbor Hawks victory over the Bourne Braves

Three first-inning runs helped the Hyannis Harbor Hawks (3-7) to a 5-2 win over the Bourne Braves (6-4) at McKeon Park on Monday.

The Hyannis Harbor Hawks scored in the first on an RBI double by Jordan Rodgers, an RBI double by Rodgers, and an RBI single by Cody Henry.

Rodgers put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Hyannis Harbor Hawks.

Garrett Wolforth racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Bourne Braves. He singled in the second and seventh innings.

Matthew Naylor recorded his first win of the year for the Hyannis Harbor Hawks. He struck out none, walked none and surrendered no hits.
